    At Shakespeare Matriculation School, we welcome young learners into a nurturing environment where academic excellence, discipline, moral values, and holistic development go hand in hand. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to help parents complete the enrolment with ease. Parents are encouraged to visit the campus, interact with our admission team, and understand the academic programmes, facilities, and values that make our school a preferred choice for quality education.
  • Admission Procedure
    • Step 1 – Admission Enquiry: Visit the school office or contact the admission department for details regarding eligibility and seat availability.
    • Step 2 – Registration: Complete and submit the prescribed admission application form with accurate details.
    • Step 3 – Document Verification: Submit all required documents for verification.
    • Step 4 – Interaction / Assessment: Admissions to higher classes may be based on previous academic performance and, where applicable, an interaction or assessment conducted by the school.
    • Step 5 – Admission Confirmation: Admission will be confirmed after successful verification of documents, fulfilment of eligibility requirements, and payment of the prescribed fees.
  • Eligibility Criteria
    Kindergarten (L.K.G.): Children seeking admission to L.K.G. should have completed 3 years of age as on 31st July of the academic year.

    U.K.G. to Class X: Admissions are based on seat availability, previous academic performance, school admission norms, and merit wherever applicable. The management reserves the right to approve admissions in accordance with the school’s policies.
  • Required Documents
    Parents should submit the following documents at the time of admission:
    • Completed Admission Application Form
    • Birth Certificate (Original & Copy)
    • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (where applicable)
    • Previous Academic Progress Report / Mark Sheet
    • Community Certificate (if applicable)
    • Passport-size Photographs of the Student
    • Passport-size Photographs of Parents / Guardians
    • Aadhaar Card Copy of the Student (if applicable)
    • Any other documents requested by the school
    • Original documents should be produced for verification along with photocopies
  • Admission Guidelines
    Admission is subject to the availability of seats, and registration does not guarantee admission. All information provided in the application form must be accurate, and original documents must be produced for verification. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission. School fees should be paid within the prescribed time after admission confirmation, and fees once paid are neither refundable nor transferable. Students are expected to follow all school rules, regulations, and disciplinary policies. Parents are requested to cooperate with the school in maintaining discipline and academic standards. The decision of the school management regarding admission shall be final.
